How to shop
Find what you are looking for
There are several ways to find the article you are looking for
Under "Product range" you will find our product categories. Each product category has a navigation tree with subcategories to make it easier for you to find what you are looking for.
At the top right corner you will find our search function. Type your search term in the field and then click "Search". More information on how to search can be found in the Help under "Search Tips".
Buy
To be able to order goods you must be registered and have received login details (Username and password)
By clicking "Buy" the article is added to your shopping cart. You can find the shopping cart at the top right corner of the page. Click on the shopping cart and you will be taken to the checkout.
Check that the contents of your order are correct. If you want to change the number of articles, enter the correct number in the field and press "Change". Clicking on the trash can deletes the article on that particular line.
Login
If you are already a customer with us, log in with your username and password
Registration
In order to shop, you must be a registered customer. The easiest way to do this is by clicking on the "Create account" button in the top right corner. Fill in all the information in the registration form and it will be easier for us to place you under the correct customer number or if we need to create a new customer number for you. Please indicate which institution and department you work at.
Once we have processed your data, we will get back to you with a username and password.
You then need your username and password every time you log in and shop.
Once you have registered and been approved, you can search among all products, see prices and order.
The username and password we assign you can be changed later under "My account".
Payment
Payment against invoice 30 days.
If you have been a customer of ours before, payment will be made according to your usual routines.
Order confirmation
When an order is placed and it is taken care of an e-mail is automatically sent back confirming that your order has arrived and that it is being processed. After it is processed in our system a more detailed confirmation will be sent with estimated delivery times.
Delivery
Delivery takes place as soon as possible.
Order history
You can see your previous orders under "My account". If you click on an order more detailed information is displayed as well as all order lines. You can copy an order and have it as a basis when you want to shop again. If you click on the article code deliveries made are displayed.
