Corning® Closed System Cell Culture Flask sizes 225 cm2
The growth surface of each flask is tissue culture treated (TC-treated).
The cap is comprised of 2 external ports:
1. 24” of 1/8” x 1/4“ weldable TPE tubing terminating in capped female Luer connector. Internally this port is connected to a polypropylene diptube that reaches the bottom corner of the flask.
2. 2” of TPE tubing connected to a 0.2 µm filter for active gas exchange
Each flask has 2 additional 0.2 µm vents integral to the cap surface for passive gas exchange during cell culture.
