GLW Cryoboxes are available in various heights. It is possible to customize the box according to individual storage needs. For example, plastic dividers (Item #: ZP01) can be used and can be purchased in our online shop. The cryoboxes are made from polypropylene and accommodate temperature ranges from -90°C to +121°C and are autoclavable. Thanks to the transparent lid, the contents are visible at all times. We offer an all-black box to store light-sensitive samples.
Cryobox with and without drainage holes
The box with drainage holes is ideal for rock samples and bulky items, for example. The GLW box is easier to open when frozen due to the drainage holes. The box without drainage holes is perfect to store liquids and small samples in, such as insects or sand (dust-like materials). The liquids will not leak out of the 40 mm deep box due to the solid base.
